After releasing the digital single, " Heaven " ( Review ) on July, Taeyeon has comeback with her 6th mini album, Letter To Myself , containing 6 tracks with "Letter To Myself"   as the title track and lead single. "Letter To Myself" I feel strange for what I'm about to say, but I didn't enjoy "Letter To Myself" as much as I expected. While the song is fantastic, it's not my style of song, but maybe it will grow on me. The highlight of this song for me are the instrumental which is great and the post-chorus; I wish that the entire song from start to end had the same sound.   "Letter To Myself" reminds me a tiny bit of Radiohead's " Creep ," they aren't very similar, but "Creep" just keeps popping in my mind every time I listen to this song. Five months after the release of their first album,  Armageddon , Aespa has made a comeback with their fifth mini album, Whiplash , with "Whiplash" being the lead single and title track.

After releasing " Songbird " ( Review ) on July 1 (the Japanese version was released on June 25), NCT Wish has made a comeback with their first mini album, Steady.

2024 has been  so far  a very busy year for Riize – a bit more than a month ago on June 17, they released " Boom Boom Bass " ( Review ) alongside their first mini album Riizing , and now they have released their first Japanese single before embarking on their first Japan fan-con tour.

After releasing "To. X" ( Review ) on November 27, 2023, Taeyeon made her first* comeback of 2024 with a digital single titled "Heaven."

Ever since it was announced that Aespa would make their Japanese debut, I have been enthusiastically waiting, especially since "Supernova" ( Review ) and "Armageddon" ( Review ) were such a hit songs for me.

"Songbird" is NCT Wish's second single and first comeback since their debut with "Wish" ( Review ) on February 28, 2024. The single also contains the song "Tears are Falling."

Red Velvet is an SM girl group that debuted on August 1, 2014 and originally consisted of 4 members Irene, Seulgi, Wendy and Joy, with the 5th member, Yeri, joining the group later in March 2015.

Previously, in April, Riize pre-released the songs " Impossible , " One Kiss ," and " 9 Days " ( Review ) for their then-upcoming first mini album,  RIIZING .  Now,  my  ...ahem, the long wait is over, and Riize has finally released their first mini album,  RIIZING,  and its lead single and title track, "Boom Boom Bass."

Aespa's first full album,   Armageddon ,   has finally landed on Earth. The album features 10 songs, including the two title tracks and lead singles "Supernova" (pre-released on May 13) and "Armageddon . " "Supernova" Length: 2:59. Lyrics: Kenzie. Music: Kenzie, Paris Alexa, and Dem Jointz. Arrangement: Dem Jointz. I already did a full review of "Supernova," so this will be more like an update. Although "Supernova" was extremely catchy the first time I listened to it, it became even catchier over time. Even my family (who doesn't listen to Kpop) are singing "Su-su-su-supernova." "Supernova" is a pre-release and one of the title tracks for Aespa's first full Album, Armageddon, coming out on May 27 (" Armageddon " is going to be the name of the other title track).

"Impossible" is a pre-release (or "prologue song" as SM decided to call it) for Riize's upcoming first mini album RIIZING. 

NCT Wish is a Jpop boy group and the newest -and allegedly last- sub-unit from SM's massive boy group NCT.

"Love 119" is Riize's second comeback and their 4th single after " Memories " (Pre-Debut), " Get A Guitar " ( Review ) and " Talk Saxy " ( Review ).  It's also their first comeback without Seunghan, who is currently on hiatus (I hope he returns to the group soon).

Previously , I ranked my top 5 SNSD Kdramas and now I'm ranking my favorite solo "official" debuts of all the Soshi members.

Kim Taeyeon is the leader of Girls' Generation who debuted solo with "I"  on October 7, 2015. "To. X" is the title track and lead single from her 5th mini album also titled  To. X.

Aespa (or  æspa ) is an SM girl group that debuted on November 17, 2020 and consists of 4 members Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning.  "Drama" is the title track and lead single from their fourth mini album also titled Drama.

One month and 23 days (but who's counting?) after debuting on September 4 with " Get A Guitar " ( Review ), Riize has made their first comeback with the song  "Talk Saxy"

Girls' Generation also known as SNSD or Soshi is an 8-member girl group (formerly 9) and right now consists of Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun.

Riize( 라이즈)  is the newest SM boy group since NCT's debut in 2016 and the first group after Lee Soo Man's departure in 2022. Riize debuted on September 4, 2023, and consists of 7 members: Shotaro (ex-NCT), Eunseok, Sungchan (also ex-NCT), Wonbin, Seunghan, Sohee, and Anton. Riize combines the words "Rise" and "Realize" meaning "a team that grows and realizes dreams."
